The Crowning Moment

Elise is being crowned by her friend Kayleigh Guma.  Kayleigh was the 2006 Georgia Sweetheart.  Over the past year, Elise and Kayleigh have competed with (and against) each other in several pageants and become really good friends.  Kayleigh and her mother, Sherry, have been so supportive over the last year.  We had chatted by e-mail several months ago and talked about how exciting it would be if Kayleigh could crown Elise the new Georgia Sweetheart.  When they called Elise’s name, I think Kayleigh was just as excited as Elise!
